भारत तथा पाकिस्तान के संबंध
पहचान -शीत युद्ध के काल में विश्व कई भागों में बांट दिया गया । कई संगठनों का उदय हुआ । कई देशों ने मिलकर संगठनों का निर्माण किया । जैसे -ईरान से मिस्र तक की सीमा को मध्य पूर्वी या पश्चिमी एशिया कहा गया है । इसी प्रकार म्यांमार से फिलीपींस तक का क्षेत्र को दक्षिणी पूर्वी एशिया कहा गया है । दक्षिणी पूर्वी देशों मै कई विकासशील देश है । जैसे- भारत, पाकिस्तान ,बांग्लादेश ,नेपाल, भूटान, श्रीलंका ,मालदीव आदि । इसी कारण भारत के प्रधानमंत्री राजीव गांधी ने दक्षिण पूर्वी देशों के लिए दक्षेस का निर्माण किया।

3.जुल्फिकार -अली -भुट्टो ,
4.जनरल -जिया -उल हक,
5.बेनजीर -भुट्टा ,

8. सैयद यूसुफ रजा ,
इस प्रकार पाकिस्तान की सरकार बदलती रही तथा उसके सरकार में सैनिक प्रभाव देखने को मिला ।
नेपाल में राजतंत्र -नेपाल एक हिंदू राष्ट्र है। यहां पर आरंभ से राजा की व्यवस्था चलती आई है । जनता उत्तरदाई शासन की मांग कर रही थी । लेकिन सरकार ने उन्हें दबा दिया। परंतु जनता ने अपनी आवाज को और ऊंचा कर दिया तथा भीषण आंदोलन निकाल दिया। अंत में सरकार को 1990 में जनता के आगे झुकना पड़ा और जनता के मुताबिक सरकार बनी। लेकिन यह सरकार कुछ ज्यादा दिनों तक नहीं चला । माओवादी जो नेपाल की राष्ट्र संघ था। उनके विरोध में आवाज उठा दिया गया। 2002 मे संसद को भंग कर दिया गया तथा लोकतंत्र को अंत कर दिया गया। 2006 के अप्रैल में देश के लिए लोकतंत्र समर्थन में आंदोलन किया गया । अंत में राजा ज्ञानेंद्र ने विवश होकर संसद को बढ़ाया तथा इसी कारण वश आज नेपाल में लोकतंत्र कायम है ।
श्रीलंका में जातीय संघर्ष - श्रीलंका मै जातीय संघर्ष ,श्रीलंका सरकार तथा लिट्टे के मध्य है ।1948 के बाद श्रीलंका के राजनीति में सिहाली का प्रभाव पढ़ा। उन्होंने भारत से आए तमिल आबादी का विरोध किया । फलस्वरूप तमिल राष्ट्रवाद की आवाज बुलंद हुई । लिट्टे जो तमिल संगठन था । वह सेना के साथ संघर्ष कर रहे थे । लिट्टे का श्रीलंका के उत्तर पूर्वी राज्य पर कब्जा था और भारत सरकार से सहायता की मांग कर रहे थे।
शिमला समझौता - सन् 1970 के भारत-पाक युद्ध के बाद में शिमला समझौता हुआ। इसमें दोनों देशों ने विवादों को निपटाने की बात कही है। दोनों देश मित्रता को बढ़ाएंगे । दोनों ही देश ऐसा कोई समझौता नहीं करेंगे । जिससे दोनों के बीच विवाद उत्पन्न हो । पंचशील का सम्मान करेंगें। यह सभी बातों को शिमला समझौता में रखा गया ।
दक्षेस (सार्क ) - यह संगठन बनाने का उद्देश्य था। दक्षिण पूर्वी देशों का आर्थिक विकास करना। इसमें मानव के कल्याण की बात रखी गई है । इस संगठन के द्वारा व्यापार को दक्षिण पूर्वी देशों में बढ़ाने की कोशिश की गई । इसका उद्देश्य यह भी था कि वह विकासशील देशों के साथ सहयोग करें । दक्षेस के संगठन बनने के बाद दक्षिणी पूर्वी राष्ट्रों का विकास होने लगा। वह अपने सामानों को अपने संगठन के अंतर्गत देशों को ही बेचते थे । उनकी संस्कृति, सामाजिक तथा धर्मों तथा धर्मों को मान्यता देते थे तथा उनको इज्जत भी दिया जाता था। इस प्रकार दक्षेस दक्षिणी पूर्वी देशों के लिए एक उपयोगी संगठन बना।
निष्कर्ष -इस प्रकार हम देखते हैं कि भारत तथा पाकिस्तान के संबंध ऊंचा तथा नीचा रहा है । इन दोनों के बीच काफी सीमा विवादों को देखा गया है । जो कश्मीर के लिए किया गया।

Relations between India and Pakistan
The world was divided into many parts during the era of cold war. Many organizations emerged. Several countries formed organizations together. For example, the border from Iran to Egypt has been called Middle Eastern or Western Asia. Similarly, the area from Myanmar to the Philippines has been called South East Asia. There are many developing countries in South Eastern countries. Such as India, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives etc. For this reason, the Prime Minister of India, Rajiv Gandhi, created the SAARC for South Eastern countries.
Military rule in Pakistan - Military rule has been an important contributor to Pakistan's law and order. Ayub Khan took power after the creation of Pakistan's constitution. But the military system was implemented against them. The military rulers have dominated the Pakistan regime quite often. Many became prime ministers, who were removed through military rule. Monarchy in Nepal - Nepal is a Hindu nation. The king's system has been in operation from the beginning here. The public was demanding answerable rule. But the government suppressed them. But the public raised their voice even higher and removed the fierce movement. Finally, in 1990, the government had to bow to the people and formed the government according to the people. But this government did not last for a few days. Maoist which was the League of Nations of Nepal. Their protest was raised. Parliament was dissolved in 2002 and democracy was abolished. In April 2006, there was a movement in support of democracy for the country. In the end, King Gyanendra forced the Parliament to enlarge and this is the reason that democracy continues in Nepal today.
Ethnic Conflict in Sri Lanka - Ethnic conflict in Sri Lanka is between Sri Lankan Government and LTTE. After 1948 read the influence of Sihali in Sri Lankan politics. He opposed the Tamil population from India. As a result, the voice of Tamil nationalism was raised. LTTE which was a Tamil organization. He was struggling with the army. The LTTE occupied the north eastern state of Sri Lanka and was seeking assistance from the Indian government.
Shimla Agreement - After the Indo-Pak War of 1970, the Simla Agreement was signed. In this, both countries have talked about settling disputes. Both countries will enhance friendship. Both countries will not make any such agreement. Causing a dispute between the two. Will respect Panchsheel. All these things were kept in the Simla Agreement.
SAARC (SAARC) - This was the objective of forming the organization. Economic development of South Eastern countries. The matter of human welfare has been kept in it. This organization tried to increase trade in South Eastern countries. It also aimed to cooperate with developing countries. After the formation of SAARC, the South Eastern nations started to develop. He used to sell his goods to the countries under his organization. Their culture, social and religions and religions were recognized and they were also respected. The SAARC thus became a useful organization for the South-Eastern countries.
Conclusion- Thus we see that the relationship between India and Pakistan is high and low. There have been considerable border disputes between the two. Which was done for Kashmir.
